Itinerary

  • Day 1: Egyptair from Heathrow (Terminal 3) to Luxor check-in onboard the M/S Ra II. Overnight in Luxor.

  • Day 2: Sail before dawn to Dendera and visit the Temple of Hathor. In the afternoon, sail back to Luxor, overnight in Luxor.

  • Day 3: Early morning tour of the West Bank including the Colossi of Memnon, the Valley of the Kings and the Temple of Queen Hatsheput. Afternoon at leisure and sail to Esna. Overnight in Esna.

  • Day 4: Early morning sail to Edfu to visit the Temple of the falcon-headed god Horus. In the afternoon sail to Kom Ombo for overnight.

  • Day 5: Early morning sail to Aswan. Visit the Aswan High Dam and the picturesque island Temple of Philae. Afternoon sail by felucca or motorboat to Kitchener Island. Overnight in Aswan.

  • Day 6: Morning at leisure or optional excursion to the great rock-cut Temples of Abu Simbel. In the afternoon, sail to Kom Ombo and visit its beautiful riverside Temple. Sail to Esna for overnight.

  • Day 7: In the morning sail to Luxor. Afternoon tour of the great Temple of Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

  • Day 8: Transfer to Luxor airport for the EgyptAir flight to Heathrow.
