Welcome to Ocean Village. Ocean Village is for people who like to go flat out at sports and activities one minute and flat out by the pool the next. Easy going and informal in style, dressing down, not up, is what Ocean Village is about. It is sailing from Barbados every Tuesday between November 2004 and January 2005.

On board you will find everything from an ocean view gym, pools and jacuzzis to a fleet of mountain bikes, perfect for trips ashore. What you won't find is the grand traditions of cruising. This is a sailing without the ceremony, where you're free to recharge your batteries as you see fit.

Ocean Village - 7 nights - full board

Nothing is compulsory aboard Ocean Village. If you don't fancy spending all day in town, no problem. There is more than enough to keep you occupied on and around the ship. Want a quiet day? Then work on your tan, shop, email, swim or indulge in some serious pampering. Prefer something a bit more strenuous? Work out in the gym, go jogging or head off on one of the ship's mountain bike trips. With Ocean Village you pick and choose to get the balance of your holiday just right.

  • Day 1: Fly to Barbados, where you will be met and transferred to the Ocean Village ready for embarkation and set sail at 23.00

  • Day 2: Enjoy a day cruising

  • Day 3: Tortola - arrive 09.00 - sail 18.00

  • Day 4: Antigua - arrive 09.00 - sail 18.00

  • Day 5: Dominica - arrive 08.00 - sail 17.00

  • Day 6: Trinidad - arrive 09.00 - sail 18.00

  • Day 7: Grenada - arrive 09.00 - sail 18.00

  • Day 8: Barbados - arrive 08.00 - disembark for your return flight

    The tour operator is regrettably unable to advise any specific flight times for this holiday as there are a number of alternatives. After you have made your request for booking the tour operator will endeavour to offer you flight times closest to your personal requirements.

    Price is based on 2 adults sharing a cabin, other cabins are available for a supplement.

    Price includes: 7 nights accommodation on board the Ocean Village including all meals and entertainment, port tax, flights, transfers and airport charges.

  • Your confirmation email is notification that the tour operator has received your request and is processing it. The availability of this holiday is checked on a regular basis, however as the carrier is a scheduled airline we are regrettably unable to provide an instant confirmation.

  • If the holiday is available
    1. the tour operator will automatically process your booking and your credit card will be debited accordingly;
    2. once done the holiday will be ticketed and you will be invoiced, at this moment there is a binding contract between you and the tour operator for the holiday;
    3. if you wish to cancel the holiday after his stage you will be liable to cancellation charges as per the tour operator's booking conditions. These terms and conditions can be accessed via the link at the bottom of the page; and
    4. you will be contacted by the tour operator within 6* hours from the time the booking was requested. The tour operator will be able to answer any questions you may have.

  • If the holiday is not available
    1. the tour operator will contact you within 6* hours from the time the booking was requested to inform you of the nearest available alternative; and
    2. if the tour operator is unable to offer you an alternative which meets your approval you can cancel your request for a holiday without having to pay a cancellation fee.
  • Once you have purchased a holiday, any amendments or cancellations can only be processed through the tour operator directly. There may be a charge to effect these amendments.
  • The following extra charges will apply when booked by credit card: Visa/Mastercard - 1.5%, Amex - 3%, Diners - 4%.
  • For any bookings made within 3 days of departure, there will be a Ticket on Departure charge of £35 per person levied by the tour operator. *This applies between the working hours of 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday - if your booking is received outside these hours you will be notified as soon as possible.
